The Chadron Federal Credit Union offers a wide variety of loans with the exception of business and student loans.  You must be a member to qualify for a loan.  Members 19 years old or younger must have a co-signer.  All loans are given to members with approved credit.

Vehicle Loans

We finance both new and used vehicles.  We can finance new vehicles up to 7 years.  Used vehicles 6 years old or less can be financed up to 5 years.  Used vehicles older than 6 years can be financed up to 3 years.  We do require full coverage insurance if the balance of the loan is more than $1,500.  All the titles and paperwork will be filed in our office.  The only fees involved with vehicle loans are $4-$6 for a credit report and getting our lien put on the title (NE is $7). 

Recreational Items

We do finance recreational items like motorcycles, boats, trailers, RV's, 5th Wheels, travel trailers.  The amount of the loan and the year of the item will determine the term and interest rate of the loan.  We do require full coverage insurance if the balance of the loan is more than $1,500.  All the titles and paperwork will be filed in our office.  The only fees involved with these loans are $4-$6 for a credit report and getting our lien put on the title (NE is $7).   

Signature Loans

Signature loans are available for a maximum of $2,500 for up to 24 months.  Here are the qualifications for signature loan amounts:

Each member is allowed one signature loan at a time.  Once the loan balance is half paid off or half the term of the loan has passed, you can refinance the loan.
