Today, technology changes rapidly. New advances in
Internet Banking products and services are introduced every day and we try to
ensure we always have the most sophisticated financial tools available for our
Internet-savvy customers.
That's why we are pleased to announce that we upgraded to the latest version of Online Account Access, which
includes a new Advanced Authentication security feature.
The features and functions within Online Account Access will
remain the same, however, the way you login to Online Account Access will
change. Your new login will include:
 |
A Secret Image and Caption: When you first logon to
Online Account Access with this new security feature, you will select your own
secret image and set-up an image caption. We will always display your
image and image caption before you are asked to enter your password on our
website. |
 |
Multi-Layer Security: This new authentication
method allows the security system to authenticate your computer in order to
ensure that the sign-in is not a fraudulent attempt to access your account
information. |
 |
Three Challenge Questions: In addition, upon your
first login of the new system, you will be asked to setup three challenge
questions that will be used for verification purposes if the security system
does not recognize your computer. |
All you need to remember about our new security feature is
simple: Once you've signed up, Never enter personal information, such as
your password, without seeing your personal security image first.

Welcome to our
Online Account Access!
Our new Online Account Access is now REAL TIME! No more
waiting for the uploads to see your current account balances and information.
The instant you use your ATM/Debit card, make a payment, deposit or withdrawal
it will show Online. Any transfers you do Online are done the instant you
confirm the transfer. In addition to our Online Account Access being real
time, there are many new features. Such as:
 | Set up an automatic transfer. Setup the computer to
automatically do a transfer on a certain day. |
 | Set up reoccurring transfers. Setup the computer to
automatically do a set amount of transfers on a frequency you set up.
Have it automatically transfer money from your savings or checking account to
make loan payments. Or have it set up to transfer money from your
automatic deposit into other savings or checking accounts. |
 | Transfer money to someone else's account. Instantly transfer
money to your spouses or kid's account. ***You CAN NOT
transfer to another account that is not setup for Online Account Access.*** |
 | Have the computer notify you of certain activity on your account.
You can have an email or text message sent to you if your account balance goes
above, below or equal to a certain amount. Get a text message when your
checking account balance goes below $100 so you can transfer money. Or,
get an email when your savings account balance goes above $500 so you know
your payroll deposit made it. |
 | Change the names of your savings accounts and loans. Change
the name of your Shares Account to Savings or change your Share Draft Account
to Checking. These changes only affect the way it reads on your Online
Account Access, not on our computers in our office. |
 | Hide certain accounts. We can set up your Online Account
Access to hide accounts from showing up on the screen. Let's say you
have a Christmas Club account that you don't want anyone on your Online
Account Access to know about. We can hide it. It will show all your
other account's except the Christmas Club account. However, the hidden
account will show on your statement. |
 | You will also have the ability to; request an address change, request a
stop payment for a check, send the credit union a private message, change
passwords, and more. |
Please contact our office to get setup with this great service. Please
note that all transfers are internal with the Chadron Federal Credit Union,
not transferable to other financial institutions.
